Ken loved the writing life and his friends and family, but death put an end to it. He passed away on the 8th of May in 2016. During his illness, he was determined to finish, polish (and hopefully publish) his final three books. He was able to continue working until April of that year and had all three books nearing the publishing stage. His son, Christiaan, is his literary executor and he will shepherd the books through the final stages. Christiaan will also keep up the pages here and manage the online book store.
